よくある質問
読み取れないコードがあります
コード全体と周りの余白が画面に入るように、15〜25 cmの距離で構えてください。暗い場所では右下のライトをオンにしてください。小さく細かいコードは、少し離してピントが合うのを待ってください。
カメラが表示されません
「設定」→「QRコード読み取り」→「カメラ」をオンにしてください。アプリ内の「設定を開く」ボタンからも移動できます。
読み取り履歴はどこに保存されますか
端末内にのみ保存されます。履歴画面で1件ずつ、または「すべて削除」で消去できます。
Wi-Fiに接続できません
iOSの接続確認で「接続」を選んでください。パスワードが8文字未満、または63文字を超えるコードには接続できません。ネットワーク名とパスワードは結果画面に表示されるので、手動でも接続できます。
対応しているコードの種類
QRコード、JAN/EAN-13、EAN-8、UPC-E、Code 128、Code 39。名刺用のvCardとMECARD（Shift_JIS）にも対応しています。

A code does not scan
Hold the phone 15 to 25 cm away so the whole code and its white margin are in view. In low light, turn on the torch at the bottom right. For small dense codes, move back slightly and wait for focus.
The camera does not appear
Open Settings, QR Scanner, and turn on Camera. The Open Settings button in the app takes you there.
Where is my scan history stored?
Only on your device. Delete entries one by one or with Clear all on the History screen.
Wi-Fi join fails
Choose Join in the iOS prompt. Codes with a password shorter than 8 or longer than 63 characters cannot be joined. The network name and password are shown on the result screen, so you can also join manually.
Supported code types
QR, JAN/EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-E, Code 128, Code 39. Business-card vCard and MECARD (Shift_JIS) are supported.
